New area: Kiro's Dojo. Linear story quest system implemented. Ronin knife throw on RMB. Increased CREDS and EXP rewards.
Kiro's Dojo is more than just a new area—it's a statement about what Chain Crisis wants to be. This is where you'll learn the combat fundamentals, but it's also Kiro's home, a glimpse into who he is outside of missions.
The linear quest system is finally in place. We've been building toward this for months. Chain Crisis has always had missions, but now those missions connect into a coherent narrative thread. You'll feel the story progressing, not just replaying disconnected scenarios.
For Ronin players, the knife throw on right-click adds a ranged option that fits the archetype's hit-and-run philosophy. Tap RMB to throw a blade in your last input direction—quick, lethal, and satisfying when you nail a retreating enemy.
We also took a hard look at the economy. CREDS and EXP rewards have been increased across all missions. The grind was too steep, and it was discouraging experimentation with different loadouts. Now you can afford to try new builds without feeling like you're falling behind.
