Emit a hacking pulse disabling enemies for 3s. MARKED enemies take 100% weapon damage.

Deploy a holographic clone. Reactivate to teleport to its position and deal a 10% AoE cyber damage to where you left.

Deploy a static emitter that silences enemies and weakens shields by 50% for 5s.

When enemies are affected by Signal Jammer or Neural Collapse, gain +50% fire rate for 5s. Killing a MARKED enemy during this buff extends its duration by +2s.
