Dyson is the Shadow Syndicate's field commander—a ruthless operative who oversees Project Threshold and hunts those who defy the organization.

He speaks in measured threats, finding satisfaction in personal cruelty. His taunts cut deep, especially when targeting Jack's past with Sera.

Dyson sees the Runner as property—an escaped experiment that must be recovered. He's been upgraded with NULLIUM-enhanced equipment, making him more dangerous with each encounter.

Though defeated multiple times, he always returns, serving a mysterious figure known only as "The Director." To Dyson, the Runners are ants on the tracks, and the Syndicate is the train.
