Commander Weapon Fix

Quick hotfix for Commander players. The holster animation was getting stuck under certain conditions, leaving your character in a broken state. This should now resolve cleanly in all scenarios.

We're aware there are still some edge cases with ability canceling that we're tracking. More fixes coming soon.
